I am a new owner of a Kubota L3800 and thought I would post here first, as it seems to be protocol. I would like to say that the wealth of information collected here has been very helpful. I will post some pics and a my thoughts on my new tractor after I have had some more time in the seat.
Once again, thank you to all whom have posted reviews and comments on here.
- Yes, it does have a jerky 3pt. Not terrible, but not smooth when trying to raise slowly. I can deal with it for now, until I decide on a proper fix. There have been some great threads on this site addressing this issue, and I am sure a solution will originate from owners associated with this site well before Kubota corrects the root issue.
- I purchased it mainly for clearing a few acres for fencing in horses that my wife thinks she needs. Then just basic land maintenance.
- So far...it seems to be pretty solid. I have been taking down cedars and dragging a 6 foot Armstrong AG BB around. Now I just have to figure out how to get ride of all the rocks that keep multiplying on my property. Texas Hill Country...move and rock and 6 more rise up to take its place.
