My Grandparents lived in Mount Airy. They been gone (passed away) for many years. I stopped by there on a road trip a few years back...sure isn't rural any more!

Hey Roy, we moved here 9 years ago and it's changed in that short time. Most of the community is working to prevent the developers from converting every farm into housing developments. So far it's working. We still have cows in the city limits.
