Hello folks, I recently purchased a new to me BX25 (350hrs) for use on my 1 acre property. I've lurked here for a while reading and deciding on which homeowner tractor, but since I finally made the purchase I wanted to join the discussions. I won't get much use out of my new ride now that snow has descended upon New England, but there is plenty to go over, prep and plan for next year.
Along with the TLB, it came with a gorgeous looking 60" MMM for it's age and NIB 3pt hitch. I am looking to buy/rent a 4-5" york rake to expand and clean up my property next year.
To date I've changed all fluids and filters and greased everything. I fixed the malfunctioning hazard light switch, sticky throttle and stiff brake (sooooo munch shmooo hiding in the transmission casting!)
Short term, I want to replace the torn propeller shaft boot and plan for some ROPS mounted LEDs (a must now that's it's dark at 430!) if I want to play in the snow.
Anyway that's me, howdy to everyone and see you around!
