I have a Hydro leak on the lower lift cylinder line as shown by these two pictures. The leak is where the green seal meets the fitting. What part is the Green rubber Seal that hangs down?

Thats not a seal its a dust cap used when you disconnect your FEL. One of your quick disconnects are loose. Disconnect all four lines and tighten them starting from the closeist in and work your way out. Good Luck and report back. Wellcome to TBN and the pack!!!

They come like that from Kioti.
Why would I disconnect all of lines? Its only the green one that seems to be leaking. I'm having the tractor serviced soon, So should I just wait to have them take a look at it? I'm worried that I might need a seal or something and I'm not taking it to a Kioti dealer this time to have the work done. So if it needs a part they might have to order it.

Have them do it if its going in soon and you can take the leak for now. I would check all lines if it was my machine cause i'm a Murphy and you know what Murphy's law would do.It is not a seal just a loose connection.

I doubt there is any parts needing ordering,. most likely just need to disconnect the green one for sure, and reconnect it. I am guessing you have never had the loader off, or you would have done this already many times. Sometimes these connectors do not seat properly. and disconnecting them and re-connection them, about a 3 second job will fix a drip.. sometimes not. Murphy said to do them all, on the theory if one was loose, maybe more are. It could be the connector itself is not tightly screwed on at the back of the connector, It could be a leaky connector, but most likely just needs to be taken off by pulling back on the female collar, and disconnecting then pushing the male back in firmly while holding the collar back and let the collar go.. Check for seating by pulling on the male connector. The green rubberized plastic thing as mentioned is nothing but a dust cap. and has no bearing on the leaking in any way. They are color coded so that you can hopefully get the right one to the right one.. although it seems your leaky one the male is more blue than green

My CK30hst also had the caps but I took them off because I figured they would get torn off when using the tractor in tall grown fields or woods. I saved them if I ever take off the lines and want to keep the fittings clean. I bought colored electrical tape to rap around and mark them or you could use colored wire ties. If you wanted the caps, Tractor Supply had some or you could go to just about any tractor dealer.
