Just had the Kubota rep. at my home. They seem to want to do anything that will make the customer happy /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif. I am glad I purchased orange this time!

I think the dealer was unsure of what to do with the problem, as it was unusual. The rep was coming anyway, so they made and appointment to meet me at the house. I was extremely impressed with him. Unlike some of my other experiences with defective products /w3tcompact/icons/mad.gif, Kubota seems to WANT /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif to make you happy and is willing to walk the walk.

I think I posted it in an earlier thread. The pin on the left side of the loader frame would not insert or remove when the bucket was planted and wheels lifted for loader removal and installation. I did some measuring and found the cradle stop had moved in the jig and was welded .050 further to the rear than it was supposed to be /w3tcompact/icons/tongue.gif, thus allowing the loader to travel too far back and causing mis-alignment of the holes.
