Gravely 5240
Just bought a 5240 from a guy that hadn't used in in 5 years or so. He told me didn't know much about it and that he used hydraulic fluid in the transmission. Should I drain this and put 30 weight oil in it or leave it as is? If so how would I go about draining it?
Thanks

Just in case you haven't figured it out by now...

I think there's a bolt in the side of the transmission housing. Pull the bolt and the oil should drain. If it were mine, I'd DEFINITELY replace the ATF with 30W.

Enjoy your Gravely! Great machines!
