Gravely 260 + Woods 2560

I have a Woods 2560 and it looks identical to a Gravely 260, except for cover over engine. Who makes what? If I need parts for my Woods (dealer is a great distance) would it be cheaper to go to Gravely dealer. Both of these are high dollar machines. For some reason I have never seen a landscaper use them to mow with. Any reason? I think the Gravely is alot more popular than the Woods.

The Gravely is made by Ariens in their own plant. Ariens owns Gravely. Ariens makes atleast part of the machine if not the whole Woods unit. Spindle part numbers are the same even.
