Grasshopper 620T PTO will not engage.

I just bought this mower sight unseen, it is a very nice looking, low hour unit. My problem is my PTO will not engage. I can jump the clutch while its running with 12v and the blades turn on. I have a good ground at the plug, but no 12v. I have a new switch, relay, fuses. I have temporarily bypassed all safety's still nothing. I have continuity from the switch to hot wire at the pto when I turn it on and off.

Im at a loss what to try next. Is there anything im missing to check? Thanks!

The pto will kick on if you barley put the relay in and pull it to one side. I thought the plug was bad. So I replaced the plug, and tried 3 different relays. They are all the same. You have to barley plug it in, and pull it to the side. I dont get it.

Ok, I knew it would be something stupid. After hours and hours. I did not know the deck lift had a safety way up front. Lesson learned. All is well now. Hope this can help someone, someday.
