Grass Vacuum/ blower

Has any one built one of these? I would like to make oone but am a little concerned about ballence. I would like it to run off a 5 hp motor and be able to suck a golf ball through a garden hose.

Just a idea on how much suction it has. I have seen a couple diffferent ones and some will suck so hard that it will pick up leaves without the mower engaged and other ones will plug up quite often.
