Grapplers for 3430

I have posted several times abut this issue. Can you review the two pictures and let me know if this is standard for a 3430 or is there a better option, better grappler, or control. Thanks

These are the controls mounted on the fender well. We are pretty happy over all. Just wandering what other options are in the world beyond ours.

We just did an electronic diverter button on the loader stick. Thats a great setup because you don't have to move you hand from the stick. Other than that I think what you have is about the best option.

That a great looking grapple! What kind is it, where did you get it, and what did it cost?

Also, do both teeth grab at the same time, or does one close before the other....how evenly do they shut?
