Grader blade for a JD 1530

I just purchased a JD 1530. I think the hp is about 45. It is 6ft. from tire to tire in back. My questions are, should I buy a 7ft. blade so when I angle it, it will still be wider than my back tires. Also is 45hp enough for 7ft. blade. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forum.

The Deere should handle it just fine. You won't grade more than it can handle, so whatever you do grade, will include the area outside your tires. What could be better than that?
Sounds like you'll have a good rig.
