GPS for mulchers

I am in the market to add a sub-meter GPS to my equipment, mainly for survey jobs. Does anyone have any experience with Topcon or Trimble, or any other Sub meter GPS equipment? I have done a lot of homework on the products available, and looks like I am about to drop some serious money....
