No doubt. That is just a video that I found on YouTube to show how they are made.

When we were snowmobiling in Canada, the locals would do that to an old stump, start it with a little used motor oil, and fry eggs and sausage in a cast iron frying pan.

They really do make an interesting campfire. For a while the flames really shoot out the top. Later, it settles down to a nice campfire that lasts a good while and needs no tending.
