got the cub running, but won't start again

I FINALLY got the cub to start! I drove it around a little and parked it. next day It started right up and I turned it off because I left somthing in the house. I came back outside and tried to start it again and nothing. I think its a short but Im not sure. could someone please help?

Check your ground on both ends.. If that's good, check under the plunger on the starter. That copper contact lug can get burned from arcing... Most times you can clean them a few times, and they are OK. If it's one like on my A's & BN & Su C's. Should be 2 screws holding it to the starter.
