I'm in the process of getting the parts together to add my rear remotes on my 7800.
My Cross 2 spool control valve with PB came today. The work ports are SAE8 and are 1.25" apart CtoC. This meant the QC connectors need to be somewhat less than 1.25" in diameter for everything to fit, as I'm plumbing them right to the valve.
Does anyone know what size QD's I should be using, and what size hoses to plumb the valve with?

I also noticed that there are different types of 2 wire hydraulic hose.

Any recommendations?

I have always recommended 1/4" hoses for a TNT. The smaller diameter hoses give just enough restriction to allow fine feathering. A 3/8 hose tends to make cylinders move rather quickly. Besides, 1/4" connectors are just small enough to fit just about anywhere.

I used 2 sets of 1/4" couplers and one 3/8" coupler on my Prince valve. It all fits but it's tight.

SAE 100R16 2 wire hose is fine. Discount Hydraulic Hose carries it.
