Got a New MX5800 Today

Got a new 5800 today and love it! Managed to get in a few hours of bush hogging also with a LP 8' double spindle pull type. So much nicer than my little Deere and a 5' cutter. Onlyst thing is the new 5800 sure does seam to generate a lot of heat. Pretty warm while bush hogging today and the temp was in the high 80's. Guess I gotta get used to that....

I also really like the "Go Stick", or the cruise control for the HST. Gave my feet some relief and much more stable in rough ground at speed.

I've had my MX5800 for 2 years now and I'm impressed with what it can do. I use mine mostly for earth work and there's no stopping it!



It does generate some heat though and it's also a bit thirsty.

Congrats!! Have had my
MX5800 for two years. Not one issue with it. Strong reliable tractor. I have not noticed the heat. I do have a canopy on mine.
