Soundguy,

Do you see performance or other differences between Argentine and Pensacola bahai?

Also, what hp tractor are you using the bat wing on?

Thanks...considering batwing for 55 hp MF and need to plant a bunch of pasture in bahai.

Here's a pic of the mower, as I'm getting it adjusted and the blades sharpened.

( do you do anything after dropping it or do just let it lie )

If at all possible, i like to drag or roll it in. Anything from a pasture drag, to a 4x4 towed behind the tractor, or a sod roller.. etc.

Pensacola puts out a slightly taller stem with black top than the argentine... not too big a deal.. some horses are picky about the tall black tops.. etc.. Also pen will have a slightly less broad of a blade.. again.. not an issue, and both pen and argentine are fine in florida climates.

I've got a ~95 hp NH 7610s

For that tractor I'd look at a fixed 3pt, lift or batwing 10' or a 12' batwing mower.. not sure I'd go 15'. It may run it in thinner stuff.. but I bet weight would be all wrong.

Well here is the parts soundguy, unfortunately all I had was 3/16" rubber, not as good as your old mudflaps but will have to do for now. Now all I need is a good cigar and Alan Jackson in my earbuds and Im a happy tractor guy /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Bah, that's great! I just got into a habit of eating sunflower seeds. So now I load up a giant shirt pocket with seeds, set a nice beverage in the cup holder and go for a mow. Pure bliss. At the end of the job or when I stop for fuel, those shells are spread out all over the platform.
