I agree with Shifty on the LG2740. I just love that tractor. If you want a 30hp machine then a great Montana model is the LG3240. Keeps you in the 30+ hp range and is also a very good value.

I just purchased the 360DTC with the TLB package. It was $22,800 out the door. Now the Tractor with Just the loader (That was what they originally had in stock! /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif) was $17,300. This was from a dealer here in Thompson, Ohio. Now I've only got 3 hours on it so far. But it seems to be a little tank. It's done far better than I expected so far! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I know what you mean there. There are only three choices of dealers in my area. JD, Massey, and Farmtrac. What I did was see what each recommended for my needs first. Got prices for each, Compared features. Did a little digging on history of each dealer. THEN I first decided on the Massey GC2310. But he didn't have one in stock. So I took the price to the Farmtrac dealer and asked what he could do that was comparable. That's when the 360 DTC TLB packae came in. Basically twice the tractor for $4,000 more than the Massey. I couldn't go wrong. So that's my story! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif By the way the comparable JD to the Massey was already $8,000 more and HST. I don't care myself for HST.
