That one that’s bowed badly, I would bring it back to HD. I never had one that was that bad. That’s not acceptable, and they are pretty good on returns. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I already cut 3" off of it, or I would return it. It might be the one that gets ripped for against the house, once ripped it should bend ok.

Could be a challenge rescrewing into a new place. If too close to old screw old may want to go there. Maybe drill a pilot?

I can shift the clip over a little to the side.

Today I decided to mod, added a brace, 1x1 square tube with 5/8 all thread.

Unfortunately have some slopes I can’t drive up (definitely not across) and reluctant to drive down.

Will have be be more gentle.

Good Evening,
After I picked up my youngest son and his family I ran down to Lowe’s and bought a 1/2 pallet of black mulch. If you buy 25 bags or more they will load it for you. They just used their tow motor and dropped the half pallet in the back of the truck. $50 bucks for 25 bags, the bags are 2 cu ft so fairly good sized. The best part was I had a Lowe’s gift card for $100, so free to me today . Got some of it down on the front yard but I ran out of steam by 5 pm.

Good (Tuesday) morning. Overnight Low of 9.9C and it's presently 16.0C, overcast although no rain is predicted & somewhat calm.

A lovely 'no day' was had yesterday, although I received a call to erect signs on Wednesday morning.

Today I'll load the ute up with the signs and tools to do the job. This 'should be' it for these things prior to voting... St Helens is a pre-polling location (1 week prior) starting Saturday the 26th. Fortunately, it's not open on Sunday the 27th.

Yep, the day after ANZAC Day on the 25th.
