Good evening all. 65ÂşF for the start, mostly clear sky, light breeze. Light wind, very brisk gusts early, less later, scattered clouds, and high temp was 86ÂşF. Have 2 1/2 inch rain forecast in 10 day late next week, hopeful it doesn't evaporate. Made coffee for a slow start to the day. Bike ride, the lunch putter, nap, made dinner, then finished cleaning inside of fridge. Did get chain on bike cleaned and lubed yesterday. Early roll out on bike tomorrow.

Randy(wag) hope the tap is not wasting hot water. Hope repair goes well.
'We' had a mystery water leak that was reported by 'TasWater'... I thought that it was a leak that had been repaired a few months ago but they said that the timing didn't align with their meter reading.

I now believe that this tap valve was the cause and that the 'tenant' of the building simply cranked the faucet down and, of course, didn't report it to 'us'. <sigh> The building, used as a consulting office, is only occupied Monday-Thursday. If a parishioner hadn't walked by and heard the water pouring out yesterday morning it would've continued until Monday morning.

As I reported earlier, a simple 'repair' with a quality valve has rectified the situation.

Coffee is brewing. 34° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 55° with plenty of sun. Got all 48 windows in house washed yesterday. Then did some more tree trimming. Still have west property line trees to trim.
This mornings 1/3rd moon.

Good morning, the low is 30 and going to a high of 43°F. Wind WNW 5 mph. 40% chance of showers.

Today I will do a search for my heat gun. I have one more little job to do before winter. Storm windows. I use plastic on the inside of the windows. The plastic is on its' way.

WOW! 48 windows! Counting every pane of glass I only have 18.

Other than locating the heat gun and making sure it works, I will be doing nothing today.

Have a safe day all

48 windows is a lot of windows Ron, good thing you got a service.
mine have never been done, means taking all the screens out, worth hiring someone though maybe if I get bored
it will get on list.

up early, back a little sore but otherwise ready for day.
off to Doylestown Hospital early for lab tests, then back for landlady coming over.
I think she will agree to getting a survey on this property to confirm officially where the line is, versus just taking
nutty neighbor's opinion.

then more work on unloading rv and possibly winterizing it. This afternoon hope to get to lawn mower, hope it starts, might have to jump it,
and put the leaf bagger on. That means taking everything out of garage to get to where bagger is stored, so it's a big job. But has to get to done.

called the shed folks, said I'm ready.
Oh, it's not built yet.
really?
but we can schedule your delivery for two weeks today, it only takes us a day to build them.
ok...so shed arriving Nov 7. Lawn care/landscaping guys did a good job on the base.
now that I look at it, whether where two mowers will fit, this should be an interesting job of shoehorning them in.
Or can I get the golf cart and one mower in...may be playing musical mowers. I really don't have room for my Gravely 8199 but refuse to sell it and refuse to leave it outside. I'd rather leave the JD out under its cover, doesn't seem any worse for the wear after three years.
I bought a cover for the golf cart, so honestly I don't know which two out of three will wind up in it. Was constrained to 8x12, largest size under 100 sq ft.
I did ask the shed people to call factory in Lancaster and confirm they were installing 6 foot double doors on both sides. Yes.
and only one ramp, made no sense to have two moveable ones, plus a flower box for under window.
