I sure am glad I am not in Florida, 2 nasty hurricanes in a month. Nope not for me. Hope they are doing O.K.

now I was thinking that if a small portion of that vegan lasagna found its way into a tupperware I brought over this morning to Don's home, I could continue to have some healthy food for another meal.

my sister in CA was so thrilled when I sent her the pic of that yummy lasagna.
I knew she wanted a piece.
If Don had not told me there was no meat in it, I wouldn't have known due to seasoning. Trick seems to be to use meat seasoning when there is no meat.
Our mind gets fooled because we associate pulled pork with the barbecue sauce or marinade it's made in, and as long as the texture is right, hard to tell.

The lasagna was especially good due to home made noodles with special flour.
all of which was very filling
and most importantly, healthy

but I still want my In & Out burger once in a blue moon
I refuse to eat the other fast food, hardly ever do, but if there's something
good...
if you don't glom it up with sugar in ketchup and whatever else they layer on
in their special sauces, plain lean beef is good protein.
But hard for me to ever forget the contributing factor of heavy meat eating
to the colorectal cancer my wife died from. I think it's a 30 percent risk factor, for sure nothing to ignore.

there is a rooster crowing nearby, didn't expect that. 5:15am probably his normal time to announce his dominance to the world.

Wow, snow on Thomas' mountain and frost on Ron's roof...it's getting cold in some parts of our world. We are supposed to see 30's tonight.

RS, good to hear your wife is better. Real nice looking peppers. I'd love to try them. We had a pretty good harvest this year, but nothing like that.

Changed the oil and filter on the zero yesterday. Decided to change the oil on the mower gear box while I was at it.

10 10 today. Anybody remember CB radio code? I'm sure L4N does.

Saw 2 guys flying a couple of the Eflite carbon cubs at the local soccer field. --- I must get one of those... great flyers!

I have the 2.1 meter version, and it is a great flyer, probably the most fun to fly plane that I have. You would definitely like it.

Little bit of shop time today ! Got one chair , legs dry fitted and screwed but no glue yet ! A lot more shaping before any of that stuff !
