A little follow up on some projects I have done lately.
UV light on garden pond filter has made water crystal clear. Should have put it on back in June. Too many other things going on.
No need to scrap lawn chairs. They have vinyl straps for seat and backs. Have been in storage for years. Power washing them did not clean up the vinyl. But using MR Clean Majic Erasers works very well. Have 1 1/2 chairs done.

Left at 8:30 yesterday got oil changed in Denali free Went to Charlotte picked up some clothes had them fitted, ate dinner Toscana 6401 Morrison Blvd. Charlotte NC wonderful food, got home at 11:00 lots of thunderstorms 21.5 mpg average speed 78 and we were slow ones

I personally dislike I81 m7040 maybe try I81 to I 581 US 220S to I73 south follow that to RockinhamNC East on I74 to exit on NC 38 south thru Bennettsville SC to junction at I95 south or keep on state route 38 to US 501 to US 17 south to Charleston Going thru historic Georgetown SC to Charleston. Make sure she is full of gas from Georgetown not many choices

72° and .04” rain overnight. Didn’t water garden last night because forecast was for more rain than we got.
My back been hurting, especially in morning and when I lay on it.

72 outside this AM. Will survey the place in a few due to t-Storms overnight.
A couple of power hits, and lots of rain. Looks like the humidity is still with us.

Think I will take it easy today if it clears up later. Pool will probably require some attention. Hazy and grey outside. That equals a no motivation sort of day ahead.

in looking for that Farmall picture, I decided to do what I've been reminding myself to do,
keep track of all the tractors. I had four on the farm in NC. Some I needed, some I wanted...
a little hard to believe they are all gone, except for my Gravely.
But my spring chicken pass has expired. Buckeye's Dad is an inspiration though.

Good morning.
It’s 73 and raining, won’t get much over 75 and rain will continue all day with intermittent breaks. Not a nice day for outside chores.

Yesterday helped son clean up storm damage, grandson got some tractor time.

He sure likes machinery.

His dad dulled his last chainsaw chain cutting a stump, and couldn’t get a new chain nearby on a Saturday afternoon. So I put an old bar and a worn, but sharp chain on my MS261 and let him use that against my better judgement. But it was still sharp when I got it back.
Got some stuff taken care of in the shop, but was a lazy rest of the afternoon.
Had some fresh picked local corn, with tomatoes and cheese for dinner.
Every time I cook corn in microwave, I’m impressed with how well it works. I especially like the way it slides out of the husk, leaving all the silk behind.
Watched a few episodes of the reprised Lethal Weapon and called it a day.
