Good evening all. 35ºF for the start, overcast, drizzel in area, light breeze. Light wind day, overcast all day, trace rain on ground, and high temp was 45ºF. Bike ride to start day, 64 miles temp did not warm up much during ride, saw a mink crossing road and down the dam and head into woods. After lunch nap then dinner at Manuelito's with stepdaughter and her hubby. I have better luck here with Wunderground's forecast then some of you.
Kilroy nice contribution. Hope you minimize the number of critters in crawl space.
Ron hope limb cleanup went well. Hope you figure out how to tell Xfinity cable down.
Kilroy I hear same type comments when time to visit towns. You might want to check electrical grounds for lights, bad ground can affect light bulb life.
Spike hope you could take advantage on better pricing. Hope breakfast went well,
Drew hope you can meet with Buppies and other in the neighborhood. Nice tire cover.
Scotty sorry about wind. Hope water redirect works and pump handles the rest.

Dennis sorry your weather being so hard to predict.
Ken glad fireplace cleaned out. Not much room in my insert for ash, cleaning every day it is used.

Thanks - maybe I will pull the ground straps and clean the ends and reinstall with some dielectric - they are still in place from the factory.

I also need to cinch some wire over the catalytic heat shield - it is starting to vibrate and rattle. Original exhaust from 2010, not looking to replace it for a simple heat shield rattle. . .

Happy 3:33 everyone.
I got up around 3:00 and REFUSED to get out of bed that early on a Sunday! 🤣😂

Thanks for the info on your Subaru headlights - it is not far off from our experience, it just seems like a lot to me. I think I changed the headlights on my 75 Chevy three times in ten years, with the old sealed-beams, and only once on my 70 AMC, also ten years. Never changed the bulbs on my 87 Chevy (3 years) or 93 Chevy (8 years), or our F150 (7 years and running). Of course the F150 doesn’t see the usage that the Subaru does. . .

Morning all!
Currently 17 above. Need to go out and plow the flurries we had forecast for yesterday! Possibly 2 more plowable storms in the future.
Maybe March will bring winter back to New England.

Last therapy visit for my thumb this week and a consultation visit for the wife on having an endoscopy to see what's going on in there.
Will have to dodge the storms as best as possible.

Nothing else planned for the upcoming week. We are in the planning stage for a possible trip to South Carolina and Georgia for some cold relief and house hunting.
Hope everyone stays safe and healthy!

Good morning, the low temp was 23 and going up to 27°F. Wind SW 9 mph. 40% chance of flurries.

I'll go out about noon and plow again today. More snow coming Tuesday.

Ron, can you see where the vent hole is on the tank side of the cap? If yes, then use a meat skewer to poke out whatever debris is in it. Worth a try.

Have a safe day all

Will give it a look today. Did not see one when I looked yesterday. Tractor is 23 years old. First problem.

Good Morning!

God Has given us another chance to get it right (or at least not screw up too badly).

47F and cloudy, not *supposed* to rain today. . . So we will take a trip up to the Best Buy to get mom a new computer and do lunch and some grocery shopping at the big new Publix - one of the many things we miss since leaving Florida Is Publix. Grocery shopping at Wally World is, for the most part, “uninspiring”. . . I have to pack a cooler into the car for cold stuff, since it is over an hour drive each way.

Rained on-and-off most of yesterday, finally finished compiling info for taxes and scanning in all the appropriate documents. Uncle is hungry…

I had to reinstall Ubuntu on my laptop - a couple weeks ago, something got corrupted on the OS and I have been running the OS off a thumb drive, I finally tired of it sticking out the side, plus it tied up a USB port.

weather is looking damp the next couple days, poor pupper won’t be getting up to the woodlot for a while. . .

I hope everyone has a happy healthy safe restful blessed Sunday!

I've not been keeping up on TBN at all lately, but I see I'm not the only one taking Paxlovid. Last week I got to feeling so bad that our daughter tried to get me to let her take me to the doctor, but I refused. I slept most of the time for a couple of days, got to feeling well enough to call for a doctor appointment and the nurse told me to call when I got there, but not come in. So I did, and the nurse came out to the car and did the usual taking of pulse, temperature, etc., went back in and came out with the swap to stick up my nose, back in, then another lady came out to the car to tell me I had the Covid, and she was calling in a prescription for the Paxlovid and Methyloprednisolone. She also told me if it got any worse to go straight to the hospital.

I hope I'm doing better; will be taking the last of those pills today.
