Just curious, but do you get the pneumonia shot?
I had pneumonia half a dozen times growing up. Got 1st shot when I was in my 50’s and been good.

59F and clear @ 21:00, winds out of the north @ 14 mph. Heading down to a low of around 50F overnight.

Woman just said "Brrrr ..." and noted it was 70F inside and then asked if the AC was still on.

Nope ... but I'll sure turn on the heat.

Made it short day on account of She got home with a pizza and it was feeling downright chilly out there.

Finished up maintenance on Cub, but did not make down to the corner to get gas.

Did manage to plant 6 zucchini plants though:

Watered those and the stuff I planted yesterday + the rhubarb with MiracleGro solution.

Just need to go put things away and close up the garage.

Good evening all. 72ºF for the start, mostly clear, light breeze. light wind, sky became partly cloudy, and high temp was 95ºF, HI 103ºF. Bike ride to start day, 64 miles. Nap after lunch. Bent rear wheel on Peugeot, borrowed a truing stand to have a go at repairs. Watched After Jackie on History tonight, never realized what was going in players lives, do remember watch Cardinals from '67 on, so did not remember Bill White all that well.
Ted congrats on more rain. Glad you got planter #2 assembled. Sorry about senior moment, glad tractor helped to move bird feeder post.
RS good to hear HF muffs worked well. Loved the Squeak story.

Good (Sunday) arvo. Well it was a rainy night... 9.6mm in the gauge at 0900 when I toddled off to Church. The low was only 8.4C and the high topped out at 15C. There's been sporadic showers today but I managed to time things right to go and load up my wood for the heater from the wood-shed.

It's a 'spag bol' kind of night and I believe that I'll have a Shiraz to complement.

not that cold here but it was chilly in the bedroom this morning, actually turned on the little heater for a while.
55 out now, going up to low 70s, should be a lovely blue sky day

slept like a rock last night, well over ten hours, definitely needed the rest.
A little sore but happy this morning.
First church, then lunch with relatives I haven't seen in a while.
