66°F and .53 inches rain.

My only accomplishment yesterday was assembling the new gas grill for the Cottage. Will take that up and hook up today.

I also lost to Sophie at H&F.

planted tomatoes and peppers and the two candy cane oxalis bulbs. The latter looked pretty mushy, not so sure about them coming up but hope
I'm pleasantly surprised.

potatoes coming up in bag, ones in ground look much better

good news is one of the blueberry bushes kicked off some flowers, meaning a few blueberries later. Bad news is storm knocked half of them off.

We have some little birds here this year that have never been here before. They love mirrors and chat their heads off.
They are Grey Crowned Babblers.

My wife says that should be the name of a group of my friends that I hang out with!

I lost my mom last year two months short of 98, my dad died in 1964 at 41, when I was 12, on my brother’s 18th birthday.

Toppop mother died in 2005 at 81 dad died in 2002 at 79 two months from 80th birthday. I miss both of them a lot
