LS, be careful and stay hydrated, I almost passed out Sunday morning due to dehydration and prednisone withdrawal.

Happy birthday Phil and James.
I think that was a major contributing factor... and being 'sick'. I haven't had any lightheadedness since.

My oldest grandson will be 13 Sunday and he’s got the teen thing down pat. Grumpy, sit on the sofa on his tablet talking to his friends and ignoring as many adults as possible, oh, and rolling his eyes at everything said.
Mark Twain quotes about that: ........
“When a boy turns 13, put him in a barrel and feed him through a knot hole. When he turns 16, plug up the hole.”
Mark Twain also said when he was 14 he thought his Dad was the most ignorant person he'd ever met. When he turned 21 he was amazed how much his father had learned in 7 years.

My kids were both that way, at 12 or so their mom and I were barely smart enough to get out of the rain, by the time they were in their early twenties they realized we could save them from a bunch of mistakes.

By design, or was there luck involved?

... a little of both ... I guess ?

¯\_ (ツ)_/¯

There's a post here on TBN from a guy with a B7800 (essentially same tractor but without the "deluxe" features) that did a driveshaft/u-joint remove and replace, I think in response to someone asking about what was involved.

He provided pictures of his repair work, including one showing where he drilled with the hole saw and mentioning the (hidden) location of the hydraulic hard line.

Difference was he used a 2 1/8" hole saw which we did not have, so we used 2 1/4" instead.

Ted, my wife is going through the same thing at present. Had a pulse oximeter on her a couple of days ago and watched her heart rate go from 53 to 83 in 1 second. She is getting her monitor fitted asap. Sudden rate change made her jump.

37° right now...high in the mid-60's today

Nothing else to report, I reckon

   / Good morning!!!! #147,428
49F and clear @ 4:15, heading up to a high in the low 70's. Current soil temp 46F, 24 hour average soil temp 51.6F. High temps for the Ten Day all in the 50's except for a couple of 60's.

Enjoying a cup of kaffee con leche made with Taster's Choice. Sadly, it looks like I'll have to find a replacement instant coffee for that ... given Nestle's stand on doing business in Russia.

Same goes for the cat food (we use a combo of Purina dry and Friskies wet)

Hopper and two sunflower tube feeders refilled, also two suet feeders. Plus three scoops of whole corn for the deer in their feeder. More than likely the coons are hitting that now as well. Have another suet feeder I need to refill today.

Agenda for the day:

Need to review and finalize the parts order for the Kubota and get it called in first thing when they open.

Write up a couple of emails.

Haul buckets of used cat litter up to compost pile with Cub and dump those.

Maybe see about starting to get the remaining bulbs planted. (Saw first crocus bloom yesterday)

Do some fish room maintenance.

Possibly take a nap ... :)

Hope everyone has an enjoyable, productive, healthy, and accident-free safe day ... (y)

Good morning, low temp 37 and a high of 41°F. Wind NNE 9 gusting to 19 mph. 30% chance of drizzle.

Today is kitten castration day IF we can find them. They are in the house, somewhere. They only have 2800 square feet to hide in on two floors.
After taking the kittens to the vet, the car will get a much needed wash. Not much else planned for today.

Have a safe day all

Great video!!

Can't blame the cats for hiding...don't think I'd like my balls cut off either...of course, being married, I was emasculated 20some years ago...

46 and foggy, going to 78.

Got a lot of rain yesterday and flooded the fields and creek bottom. My little tractor bridge was a foot under water. Found a leak via one of the window frames...might be a real challenge figuring it out.

Worked on two tax returns yesterday...finished one and almost the second, which when done, should be the end.

Buppies, glad your wife is healing.

Mostly, what is a 1.12 air penalty? (it only had 2 bux, cheap skate. :))

good morning all
54 going to 74 in Milton DE.
Hosts still asleep; they are night people and I am morning
Going to take out friend's brother's Miata, which is stored in his garage, and taking it for a ride
today with the top down. Should be fun. Hope I can pry myself out of it...

Then tonight headed to beach for a restaurant dinner out.

drive down was fine, noise level louder than I had hoped, but my ears were bothering me enough I wore noise cancelling headphones the whole way so drive was actually quiet. 27mpg, adaptive cruise worked great in heavy traffic.

hard to believe a 13 year old boy was driving the Ram 2500 that hit the golf team bus in Texas killing nine people. His left front tire blew out sending his truck into team bus with 70+mph speeds of both vehicles. It was a smaller Transit van, larger bus may have been safer.

Enjoy your day all.

Good morning! 59˚F heading to the 70s, windy NW wind at 20mph.

Mostly what would be your "Air Penalty" today? Is the penalty when the wind is pushing you or pushing against you?

Bird, rain is finally heading this way Monday (Maybe Sunday night for you) time to put out the fertilizer.

Still a green light on Carvana for next week.

With the high cost of used cars how is the insurance doing on replacing a totaled out vehicle? The Blue book values are way off.

Morning all, 50 going up to 75 and thick fog turning to rain later.

New heater board ordered, I guess the floating 118Vac to the igniter isn't good.
Probably from the brown out we had a week or so back.
Thanks to PopGadget for the assist.

Heading to Long Island to help my brother get his house ready for sale and pick up a bass guitar and some other stuff for my son. Have to clean out the truck to get it ready for box hauling to storage runs.
Have a bottle of local made scotch to bring him.

Sounds like I will have a soggy 3 hour drive tomorrow too Drew.

Stay safe and be well,

Someone's been checking out the gamecam.

Well, we caught the grey kitten, but the orange one is hiding. One is better than none. I will give it a couple of weeks and then take the orange one to a 24 hour vet I know of. Might cost me more, but two or even one intact males is one too many around here.
Of course, junior was told to block off the basement door...He didn't. The orange one is in the trusses in the basement. Good luck finding him. He won't even come out for Temptations treats.

Nice afternoon already !
+8...+10 C. And still very good forecast ahead.

Friend of mine have made a road trip to Praha/ CZ.
To move his junk he borrowed my trailer.
I was happy to help, and as a "rental fee" he brought for me a box of premium Czech lager beer
Nice guy indeed (y)

Today is first day when day is longer than night. 4 minutes only - 12:02 vs 11:58. Spring equinox (I just guess I have spelled that word right way )

Good Morning.
It’s 48 and will make it to 70 under a bright sun once the fog burns off.
Yesterday was a dismal day outside, but I made some decent progress with my alphabet soup agencies. Had a nice lunch and got my trash and recycling collected and down to the street.

Today I plan to completely avoid the computer and paperwork, have a relaxing day puttering around, cook some lunch out on the grill, and get together with the band this evening.

It will be interesting to see if I can stick to that plan.
