saw something new in Giant bakery, whole grain croissants.
One currently in toaster oven warming up but the little bit I nibbled was buttery and good.

will let you know how the next snow does, if it's under six inches. Any more and the rock flinger gets started.
It has no gas exhaust on that shovel- who would have known :)
Hope it works.
Buttery croissants are my enemy..🥴

Buttery croissants are my enemy..

it was divine...crunch on top, buttery with a hint of vanilla inside.

26°F and clear skies this morning, going up to 53° today.

Made dinner last night, ate, did a few things around the house, and suddenly it was time for bed. Not sure where the time went.

I was wondering about the state of your speaker supply issue, Paul. I'm still sitting on a couple of powered guitar and bass cabinet designs I want to try in my studio, but can't get the drivers I want either. Frustrating.

More great pictures, fellas. Thanks for sharing.

Made two great roasts in the Dutch Ovens last night. Delicious! Tender and full of flavor!

We usually cook two at a time. Wife makes one her way and I make one my way. They both get combined at some point anyway though.

On the farm, we made a snow pusher kind of like that, only out of wood. Was a bit heavy, but nice to push the walks instead of shoveling.

Kyle, this is one of my favorite youtube channels dealing with machining.
He works on a lot of broken construction equipment,
I find him easy to understand

I also watch the third world engineering stuff, guys in dirt hovels in India with an old lathe in the rear.
No safety, no ecology (solvents just spilled into the bare dirt), how you get by when there are no rules.
China has learned, the hard way, but India is still making a big mess.

Then I watch Rainman's auto repair channel where he has every kind of specialized tool to work on a wide variety of cars and trucks.
Which they do in Bangladesh with none of those tools...of course those hugely worn out trucks are a lot simpler to work on.

something we all have in common, fixing our cars and trucks

Kyle, low freon or bad thermostat?

I walked down a main trade thorough fare in Mumbai.
This Welding innovation looks a lot safer than most of what I saw on that street.

Think of all the fires, blindings, burns and electrocutions this innovation could bring.........

I think I have a pail, hold my beer
