53° right now...high, like yesterday, in the low 70's. Didn't finishing mowing yesterday...made a couple stops on the way home and chatted with wifey for about an hour.
I'll be working from home today, so pretty sure I'll be mowing this afternoon sometime... Guess I better had, since there's rain moving in tonight

I was hoping to see the Northern Lights...looking at the map, I guess I'm too far south and east....too bad.

nice day here, some clouds up to 76 today
I'm off shortly to join a fellow school board member for coffee at local diner.
Haven't been in that diner in a long time, fond memories of having french fries and gravy there as a teenager.

then we are off to the school for board day where we tour the whole school and sit in on classes. I expect to be
pretty tuckered out by the time it's all over.
We stay for lunch and then I'm home later this afternoon.
David, having Hawaiian food for lunch, Moku bowls. I chose zoodles instead of rice, zucchini noodles.
Had to look up what a zoodle was...
I chose the Hei Hei Hawaiian. ??

seems a little strange having a Hawaiian restaurant in Lahaska but I guess they are doing ok.
Should be a more interesting lunch than a hoagie and probably healthier too.

Coffee is brewing. 58° with mostly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 71° with mostly cloudy skies. Did not get much done yesterday. Turned into a conserve energy day. May do the same today.

Mostly, they added some new exercises. But did not take out ones that I had been doing. My back is slowly getting better.

63 and more drizzle and fog...forecast is for it to finally end and get plain cloudy and 79.

Yesterday was too wet to do much other than paperwork and a hike, plus added to my outdoors to-do list.

Saw both skunks again...a few minutes ago one crossed over the front porch. Waiting for the terribly damp, windless weather to break before acting, since there is always a bit of perfume left behind. 4 raccoons out there, too...and a stray yellow cat and still getting the coyote on the trail cam nearby about every 3 days.

Sure would be willing to pay that coyote for some help.

Took this shot last night from the middle pasture. Like a creepy horror movie just started up.

wngsprd, just caught another ground hog yesterday. I think the total since I have been back is now seven. Yikes.

Good Morning.
It’s 60 and should climb just past 70 today under cloudy skies, with the sun coming out for the first time in nearly two weeks this afternoon.

Yesterday’s trip assured me that there is still a sun shining above the clouds, but every place we went was on the wrong side of them where it was gloomy and drizzling. Now I get to stay home and get something accomplished. I helped my neighbor with an electrical project, and I think that I’ve gotten him to a point where he can finish it on his own.

Today, I’ve got to get this speaker finished, I’ve had it on the back burner for a while. I’ve got many pending orders, but my driver supplier has no magnets to build drivers. Their shipments of neo magnets is sitting in one of those container ships that you see on the news. This happened a few months ago as well, when it took 6 weeks to get containers from LA to Kentucky. It’s a good thing that I don’t build them for a livelihood.

Morning all, gray again, moss is growing well, any market for that?

Drew-we have been going to Moku for a while-one way to get the kid to eat veggies, though he sticks with rice and I do zoodles.

So many projects piling up, not enough sunlight left at the end of the workday.
