Copper heads will ease out onto the street in front of the house and lay under the over hang for the oak trees.I sent that bug picture to my brother in VA who thinks they are a couple of degrees cooler at their elevation and it will be next few days when cicadas
pop out.
The bad news is apparently copperhead snakes love them and will come out to eat them, climb trees and other places to get them. Be careful.

Neighbor spread a bunch of moth balls around their house and driveway. Figuring they must have encountered one already.
We've had a couple king snakes hanging out in our yard, so hopefully they will keep the copper heads away
