I gave the pill bugs feasting on potato leaves a one-two this morning, organic Sluggo and beer traps.
If it does not start raining it will be a mowing afternoon.

Got the PTO drive shaft with the replacement push pin yoke....
What a change...instead of cursing for an hour, the yoke slide right on to the tractor's stub shaft. I should have done this a year or two back...no cursing, no frustration...just an easy hook up! I ran a few small branches lying around the yard through the chipper...I'm a happy camper now!
Used the hitch assist to mount the chipper. This works great, once the tractor is aligned with the implement!

Warmer tomorrow by about 10 degrees...figure I'll install those exterior mirrors on the tractor then

Way too wet to do any tree trimming or downing on the field...hopefully, dryer and warmer as well tomorrow

Pretty raw day...I'm back in my flannel pajamas and ready to take an afternoon nap...

50F sun cloud mix about half of 7" melted...this wet will help LOT.

Make good size pot corn chowder...thick cream,diced potatoes,whole and cream corn,maple bacon, going to bake some crescent rolls, Mrs. sample and gave BIG sooo if your in the neighbor hood stop on in.

Not much plan for the evening other than numb it.

Only for the cow.

Even they have problems when they get off their plant based diet. Ever hear of mad cow disease?

A lot of those brain diseases in animals come from cannibalistic feeds or other animal organs. These animals are vegetarian and respond well to meat. Some deer brain disorders were traced to deer for some unknown reason, nibbling on animal carcasses.
However, I understand your point.
