thanks RNG, it worked this time by clicking on the thread title

Ken, that's gorgeous. Can you share why you are in the doghouse? Only a state of mind... often
easily remedied with a dozen roses.

Toppop, that looks like a very good deal if you can find someone locally to do warranty work on it. TSC won't...

lit the heat in the garage and waiting for it to warm up in there. Rain has stopped finally.

My friend and his wife are a Coleman dealer and repair shop, but they don’t sell the UTV’s, but do service them.

That does look like a lot of bang for the buck, Randy. And that's a great price, too. When I clicked the link, the TSC website made me enter my zip code. Then it showed me a price that was $999 higher than what they're asking you to pay...o_O

That is the list price on the one pictured, the one I’m looking at has aluminum wheels and lists for $7299. It’s a leftover and this store has stopped stocking them. They basically want it gone.

It’s 51, down from 53 early, dropping into the 40’s by afternoon, more rain and wind. The first two rounds brought about an inch, today so far another 3/4”. The grass is like a big sponge.
I’ve got to take out the garbage, kitchen can is getting ripe!
Weather was so bad yesterday the guy that bought my trailer begged off until a nicer day. No big deal, I’m paid and it ain’t eating. Picked up cat food and litter at TSC yesterday and looked at a leftover Coleman UTV, it has a lot of standard features and I can buy it for $6000. It’s not as big and powerful as some, but where I’d use it it’s plenty. I just can’t drop 20-30 grand on what for me is basically a toy. The one I’m looking at is red.

That’s a good deal. It will do the job. Spec’s are similar to my mule.

Working from home today...

About 40 right now...high might be a couple degrees warmer. Calling for stout winds this afternoon and possible snow squalls

Going to take some time to get used to this new TBN...and so far, my password doesn't work. TBN admin gave me a temporary password. For some reason, the confirmation e-mails for confirming the password change isn't working and my old password (same since 2001) doesn't work either...

Good morning to all! Low of 21, going up to high 40's. No snow materialized as forecasted.

Ken, hope you can work out your discrepancy.... Also, nice job on the table.

Happy Birthday to Sassy... adorable pup!

Randy, good luck getting the UTV, looks nice.

Drew, good luck in "house hunting". I'm sure you will find something suitable.

The knee was only half cooperative last night, slept for around five hours straight through, then couldn't sleep more than 1/2 hour... every position just became aggravating.... just a part of healing... got up early.

Today I will make some more calls, hopefully getting PT all lined up. Then want to get material prices for a future project, maybe to get started in the summer. At least getting it planned out will occupy some of my time....

Everyone have a great start to the week!

Good morning, unexpectedly woke up to bright sunshine, although that didn't last long. Within half an hour the forecasters prediction had come true, we are now enveloped in fog. Pleased I don't have to go anywhere today, which is just as well anyway as the road to town is supposed to be closed today for next two weeks. A little inconvenient, although a great opportunity too to have a good go at the hedge that runs along the roadside.

Rich, a creek is crick ? Is that just a local pronunciation, or used everywhere - here a crick is what you get in your neck from a cold draft.

A creek is pronounced crick in some areas.

Sounds like a nice day and would have loved to join you for those poppers. I noticed gas going up, too. Looked at my Costco receipts...fill up in December was $1.85/gal, and last week it was $2.38...up 53 cents.

Gas prices started going up before TSHTF in TX.
I used to track gas price in quicken, but stopped. I keep all the charge slips, so can go back and look. $2.51 at Costco today, $2.70 most other places.
