Sad, that a veteran member thinks rules do not apply to him.

Two posts, the original and one which quoted it, have been removed.

Please, follow the TBN rules and keep TBN a haven from the issues of the day.

RNG, my Wife recently reorganized her sewing room and decided to get rid of a bunch of old fabric. She took pictures, put it all in a large plastic tote, and posted it for free on FB Marketplace. It was spoken for in about 10 minutes. The lady picked it up Monday evening, then came back sometime yesterday and left a nice card on the door thanking her for all the wonderful fabric. Like you, I only seem to get the flakes. I should just have her post my stuff from now on.

Glad it worked out for your wife, Paul. I just touched base with the #2 buyer, and we'll be meeting in Paradise this afternoon to get the boxes to him. It's a bit of a detour for me, but generally on the way home, and I really want those boxes GONE. He's another one pulling the plug on Kalifornia, so they're going to a good cause.

The 390 HP had a 4 barrel. The L89 425 HP and 435 HP versions both were both Tri-power, as I recall, with major difference being hydraulic lifters on the 425 and mechanical lifters .. on the 435.

The L88s were impressive "fire breathing monsters" but .. broke easy .. think 24 Hours @ Le Mans in 67? I think there were only about 2 dozen production models built in 67. They stripped all the creature comforts from them.

The 425 horse was solid lifter four barrel, the 400 horse was Tri Power and hydraulic lifters. The 400 hp was available with ac, neither of the solid lifter cars were. The 425-430(l-88) and 435 were all solid lifter. The L-88 was dynoed over 500 hp.

Do you feel the same about those that stormed the federal building in Seattle, breached the wall at the White House and shot Republicans at the ball field? If so, I agree with you. None have right to forcefully push their beliefs through violence.

I'm already on record as condemning any violence and property damage in Seattle and the attempted murders at the ball field.

As far as "breaching the wall" at the White House, if you are referring to the incident which I think you might be, that isn't even remotely close to what took place yesterday.

Good ...
Not being able to discern the difference between issues, is an ominous handicap, whether or not cultivated.

Well, let's try this again.

Previously I wrote:

Thanks for the birthday wishes.

38F and sunny @ 14:00, headed up to a high of 40F. Ten Day shows mild temps in the 40's for the next 5 days and then a chance of some rain/snow showers next Friday and cooler temps after that. Not really much in the way of snow throughout the period. I haven't been paying too much attention to weather forecast lately, but from some comments on here it was sounding like maybe a winter storm was headed our way - that does not appear to be case if the forecast I'm looking at on WU is correct.

Agenda for the rest of the day is mostly house cleaning

Hope everyone has an enjoyable, productive, and safe day ...

Today is much the same:

38F and "fair" @ 13:00, headed to a high of 42F.

Thanks to all for the birthday wishes, particularly for those given after my last post.

And thanks to all for the pictures ... I enjoy them daily ...

Plans for today include getting all feeders refilled, probably watch a little tv ... among other things.

Expecting a call from a friend later who has recently set up yet another new business.

Hope everyone has an enjoyable, productive, and safe day ... :)

This morning started out hectic as the Austin Hub website, which got 12,000 doses of vaccine was opened up. I got on and was accepted, then on the last page I was to pick a place and time and then the problems started no matter which zip code or combination of miles (5-100) it just kept on clearing out the info to start over. I gave up and went to chainsaw massacre cedars in the park. When I got back home the news was saying that the signup for the 12,000 doses was filled in 6 minutes and after 20,000 people signed up the web site broke with technical problems. I guess that is when I got on. This was the website that was encouraging people with no insurance to apply and no check of immigration status was advertised. These are the people the city of Austin and the Austin hospitals will have to eat the medical bills if they have to have medical treatment so it was a money thing.

At the park there was still a little snow on the ground after noon. Temps started out at 27˚F and quickly got into the 60s by noon. Sunny blue skies, just a perfect day to work outside. below are after/snow pic/before.

Don, sorry you did not get an appointment.

Got things back in place or thrown away that were on shelves next to furnace. Conserving energy in recliner until dinner.
