Good morning!!!!

Good morning,
The weather here is tolerable. A tad cool and cloudy, in the mid 50s.

My '01 Freightliner got retired last week. I now have a '18 International LT. 525 hp Cummins and an 18 spd MANUAL tranny.
I need to get me a couple of pairs of overalls and a straw hat. If I am going to drive a barnyard cadilac, at least I will look the part.
I am going to see if my local printer can make me up some decals with an International Harvester manure spreader and a steaming pile of manure for both windows.

Stay safe all

Ron, the container is the 20 ft in middle, 7 ft extension each end.

The shipping container that was delivered here has doors on both ends. I was cautioned not to open both sets of doors at once, as the frames would go out of square and the doors wouldn't shut right. I spent a LOT of time with levers, a laser level, and shims to get what I thought was a perfectly level installation. And to prove it to myself, I opened both sets of doors. That led to a LOT more time with the same levers, laser level, and even more shims trying to get the door frames square enough to shut the doors again. That makes me wonder how you're going to keep your shipping container square once you take the doors off both ends, David.

Nice to hear from you Bill. Take it easy on the manure...:D

made a quick trip down to storage locker after packing away a few boxes of stuff in rv. It amazes me to see what I have reduced myself to,
after all the stuff packed into the farm.
And yes, couldn't resist the bargain HF power washer...
Most of my clothes, artwork and office files are at my brother's in Va, going to take a number of trips to get that moved. Thankfully new house has a small basement

73, cloudy, intermittent sprinkles of rain, Buppie's rain hasn't made it over here yet

36 splits ... so far ... and there's probably at least another 10 in the clump on the lower right ...

Not all of the splits are a single fan either.

Need to transplant those hostas ... so I'll have some more room to split further ...

Now to find a good high phosphorus fertilizer to promote root growth.

They are probably coming out of Wallops, Randy. They should be done tomorrow. We had A-10s up here a couple of weeks ago.

I thought they might be from Patuxent River, MD
Since they approached from the west and there’s a large military exercise this week around the bay. I’ve been hearing jets to the west a couple of times this week. But they could be flying out of Wallop’s.

I use to see A-10’s all the time, but other than that flyover in the summer, I haven’t seen any in 2-3 years.

Yes, but not as colorful as your New England mountains.

You are right about pine cones...they are quite large and an elaborate way for a plant to deliver seeds and reproduce. Maybe we can invent a way to use them (besides children making turkey gobbler bodies for Thanksgiving:) ) and make some $$$.

We collect a 3 or 4 buckets full and use a hand full to start fires in the fireplace. They work pretty good.

RNG thanks for the heads up. Only the end that had doors will be open, the closed end will get a 3ft sliding door, but most of the wall will be intact?

Got everything watered in good.

Also gave the three azaleas an watering can of water (each) ... WB now empty.

Amazon delivered 20 bars of Irish Spring soap this afternoon while I was planting the rhodies ... so cutting those up and getting them hung will be on the list tomorrow.

The place is gonna end up smellin' like a French whorehouse ...

Hope everyone had a great day.

Best little whorehouse in Ohio. Get Dolly to play a part. O wait, that’s been done.
