Jay, I was never happy with the Davis / Non Mac crap. I ended up with the wifi data logger that attaches to console, not the computer and did a link to weather underground. Used to be able to go there and get all my historical data, not sure that is still possible. Really dislike the newer Davis software as well.

Can't comment on the Davis software, but it's been so long since I started using the Davis weather stations, I can't remember if I ever even tried it.

Weather Tracker by Dean Davis (no relation to the Davis weather station folks) has been running here for at least ten years. It does keep a log, and also has an export feature so you can load CSV files into a spreadsheet or the like.

WeatherUnderground does let you view your old weather station data. In fact, it will let me go all the way back to 2001. Trouble is, I've only had my station up here since 2010, so I don't know where the data's coming from before then.:confused3::confused2:

Publix just brought my bag of groceries, including a box of donuts for staff. That always goes over well...
will be enjoying some extra steamed veggies for dinner tonight.

My weather station with temp sensor in the shade of a large black cherry, says 100, my hand held backs it up. That is too hot for me!

Drew- I really wish there was a Publix near here. I really like their foods and store setup.

Raining and 69ºF, 96% humidity, and dew point at 68ºF outside here. 0.21" of rain has fallen so far today. The house started to feel cold (at 76ºF) indoors so we turned off the A/C. We are planning on takeout meals from one of our local restaurants. They make a wonderful smoked ribeye steak and they can pull off a decent medium rare, but for takeout I do not think steak would work. Prawns and Fish & Chips probably will work as will all their side dishes and "exotic" ferments. There should be some good eats here tonight.

Wngsprd...thanks for the offer. We only had to drive to Woodstock so we were not in the neighborhood. We are squashed out too..and lettuce just made a trip to the neighbors. Lol.

I got an earfull coming into the house from weed whacking. Wife says too hot and I am crazy. Told her there is a nice breeze. That did not work. So I grabbed a beer and retreated to the pool. I think feels like is up to 97.

I am just waiting for dinner time for the grill and more beer.

Welcome back Jay. I chuckled at that last bear pic...like it was saying...don't even think about messing with the tractor. Hang in there.

Success at my friends.
Added a 1 inch foot valve to end of tank line and a prime port at the high point. Filled with water, capped it and turned on pump. Could immediately see the water thru the flex line, hear the sound change as it caught, hear it build pressure and finally see it spurting out his house line 20 feet away. . They are happy. Now he can add filters etc.
