RNG, you are getting pretty good with the drone! Are you considering those mandatory upgrades yet?
After watching the video a second time... I saw that little flinch towards the end when it was landing.... a little too close for comfort?

A rainy, showery, foggy 36ºF for today’s low temperature; still foggy and 46ºF presently, and I am expecting a mostly overcast afternoon with temperatures in the mid 60ºF’s; maybe warmer if the clod cover burns off. Later today may prove interesting when the predicted cold front rolls through with the possibility of a T-storm or 2.


RonJH- I am sorry to read about your BIL, but happy that he was able to access medical attention, and thanks for your continuing pictures of the wildlife.

Hawkeye- Congratulations on your retirement.

RNG- Great flight with the music to go along. I gave you a thumbs up. I started to watch here and switched to YT and noticed that with the YT editing there was a deterioration in video quality. Nice views of your property.:cool Thanks for sharing. I need to figure out which (free editor) that I used for editing.

67°F and .02 inches rain

Got the cottage catchment tweaked in yesterday, quite pleased.
Need to go up with tractor this morning and start cleanup.

Will make foray into town this afternoon. Probably last in a while as places close up and guidelines become more cautious. Need to gas up truck and refill the mower containers. Exchange 1 keg at brewery. Not sure what else, but should be good for a week or two. Wife has a dental followup next Thu but I wonder if it will be cancelled or we should cancel.

I recommend postponing any non essential dental or medical procedures. With the virus contagious prior to symptoms, dental staff could have it and not know it or you/wife could have it and not know it.. precaution is in order.

back from planting flowers at my friend's home down by the River, got four flats planted and the one thing I asked her to make sure of, well....the outside spigot wasn't working and she had no idea where the turn off was. Sigh. Well, she'll sure be busy with a watering can.

Came in for lunch, headed back out again with tractor mowing roadsides on a warm sunny afternoon. This is after I wash all the pollen off me from this morning.
