Thanks Ted, Randy, and all the other + thinkers here for the +'s posted or thought. Like many here it's just something chronic with which I need to deal and still keep active.

50°F and cloudy this morning, going up to 60° today.

Been fighting off a pending cold for the past few days, and it finally caught up with me on Sunday. It's just a minor head cold, but it's killing me with bad/limited sleep. Starting to get sore muscles from coughing as well. The typical vitamin C overload didn't cut it this time. Eating cough drops like candy today.

Happy Birthday, BEF.

I absolutely despise those new gas cans. Not only are they ridiculously slow, they leak. I've already replaced the spouts on mine once, and last time I filled them the new spouts both cracked when tightening them. Garbage. Need to start searching the black market for cans that actually work.

My HF one is the worse. And my ez pour spouts won’t screw on it, different thread.

58° and overcast.

Boxed up router to return.
Network equipment is one of the things I used to do for work. Setting up Cisco etc. I believe the problem is in their firmware and how it handles the USB modem. Very little you can set, and same settings work on the little cheap router, only it is fast.

Got an email from work HR today, wants to talk to me about my situation.

Going out to eat tonight. Wife made a cake.

Thanks for all the bday wishes.

Well, I did get the Jeep and trailer loaded on the 25' flatbed trailer, I had to put it on backwards. That is the only way it would fit. We dropped the trailer on its' nose, then backed the Jeep over the tongue. It got to Timmins about 7 last night.
Buddy was running late and had his wife with him, so no time for a chin wag.

left early and beat the rain back, hit some drizzles, lot of dense fog to start out with, and that fog
and the incoming rain made me choose the well traveled path back, down 17 to 95, since the nicer route, which was 81 down to Roanoke, I was told goes
over the mountains" and figured that wouldn't be much fun driving in the fog. Almost six hours to get home, neck and arms hurt, time for a nap.
BEF, you've had a tough year and sure earned this birthday.
Toppop, it wounds wonderful that you are getting back into normal routines. I bet it feels good.
Check, glad Genie took care of you.

Shows what a varied, beautiful world we live in.

Glad you made it home safely, Drew. One adventure in the books

Glad you made it home Drew. How was the restaurant in Winchester?

I81 is all valley to Roanoke. You could have gone I81 to I64, small mountain crossing on I64. But 17 is most direct from where you were. I avoid I95 if I can.
