Sadamo, smart idea with the backhoe. Too bad you got a scratch on that shiny new bucket.

Saw a hawk catch a squirrel while I was up a tree bowhunting yesterday. I think it was a rough legged hawk rather than the red tail hawk we "raised" here. It sure was proud of its catch as it flew to a tree about 100 yards away and screeched several times. The squirrel was caught at the same place my trailcam captured a bobcat catching a squirrel a month ago. Maybe I need to put up a warning sign for the squirrels.

Need to pour second cup of coffee. 45° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 55° with cloudy skies and wind. Need to get net cover on garden pond. Should have done it on Sunday. Now I need to clean the leaves out first. Lawn still needs to be mowed. Should not grow much with temperatures in the 50's. May hold off until weekend.

Buckeye, GDO and router problems. Those 2 items would make my head spin. Hope you get them fixed. I think I got rid of my Cradle Point router when I sold motorhome.

David, good use of BH.

Good morning! 44˚F here in this hill country valley, it's 6˚ warmer in town on the hill. heading to the high 70s.
Early FireWise clearing at sunrise to beat the heat, ha ha -we will all be shivering this morning.
David, hand and foot has not been kind to me this week also. I'm glad I was able to entertain the elderly competitors.

Whipper has found a new treat on our walks. She has to stop and eat each sun dried earth worm on the street. She is constantly on the lookout for the tasty morsels.

That's good to know, I thought Whipper was just compensating for not getting meat and bone leftovers but it is apparently a delicacy for all dogs.
