I am a recovering tractor addict, working on my addiction, but hope to never get totally well...

Ram dealer charged me 360 bucks to replace the cruise control brain in my truck, and then another 37 bucks to fix the radio.
I never get a chance to grouse on the latter, because very nice lady service tech applied a ten percent credit to whole bill, and so the
radio was effectively free. Truck runs great now. Whoever gets this low mileage truck next will be pleased, probably in two years. I won't need a hemi powered
truck then for sure, need to get down to one vehicle.

futzing with rv rest of day, my elderly Miss Daisy is coming over for a visit in an hour, wants to see the rv.
She is finally driving again after falling and breaking her wrist.

looks like 25mph winds on Thursday crossing the big Chesapeake bridge, should be fun.

But most importantly, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Ellen. :drink:

I will tell amiss a Ellen. But watch those winds, they are now saying 40-50 mph Thursday.

Don't forget Jim Inman - jinman, he died from breast cancer.

The nonprofit organization Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) who sent out the warning on cheese is not promoting the mediterranean diet. The article is misleading there is no quote from PCRM saying that.

I'm very familiar with the PCRM organization and Dr. Barnard and they are strictly plant based which the Mediterranean diet is not.

26F this morning, had one work meeting then off to massage. She recommended a foam roller to help keep muscles loosened up and Turmeric for anti inflammatory. I have started some exercise on total gym, mostly just to work on range of motion right now. My back handled the littles visit surprisingly well.

Eric, I'm always thinking, who ate and decided which fungi are good, bad, and too good??? And if they died, how did that get passed down?
Does the food store charge extra tax for spuds if they know that they are going to be ammunition?

Hogs came to visit Sunday night so, I started fixing the damage yesterday. We installed hog fence on entire ranch perimeter fencing so, the only are that gets damaged is between our front fence and our road.
