My first hospital bill was over $70k, without doctor charges..... Hope insurance covers it all.
Have a meatloaf to make, headed down to chop some home grown onions, peppers and tomatoes for that. I also add a can of lowsalt succotash and another can
of mixed greens. The veggies just blend in and give it a richer flavor. Usually makes two meatloafs, I freeze one.
Ground beef, pork, chicken and turkey, all the lower/lowest fat blends they had.
Plus Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix and lots of Italian shredded four cheese mix.
Not low calorie...but makes the best sandwiches for lunch. Little mayo and a big slice of tomato.
