Good morning 70 and sunny looks like heading to mid 80's today. Spent Sunday doing yard work at the lake and Monday back at home just in time for yesterday's rain.
Today looks like trip to the grocery store some house cleaning and with any luck pick up the jet boat and get it waxed and ready for the 4th of July.
Randy happy to hear that you seem to be turning the corner and feeling better
Lynn sorry to hear about your nephew it will be a trying time for the family.
I agree with jbrumberg for over 40 years in emergency medical service and law enforcement I have found that once someone decides to take their life they will find a way.

While the color appears white. It is called Oyster. There is a green tint to it. I will have to look elsewhere to see if there is any frost out when fall returns.

Thanks for all your well wishes. I talked to my sister yesterday, she seemed to be dealing with it as good as could be expected. I'm sure your thoughts/prayers are helping her. :thumbsup:

As for the day, it's 50 and sunny right now. The smell of fresh cut hay fills the air, everyone is cutting right now.

Good Morning. It's a pleasant 73°F here this morning and overcast. We should get to 85°F this afternoon with possibility of showers after lunch.

We had very light showers off and on most of yesterday so I spent the day in the shop. The front right tire was flat on the Polaris Ranger yesterday morning. Took it off, aired it up and found two leaks. These tires were installed 2/14 so, looks they will start being an ongoing PIA. Called tire shop and they will have two new ones, for front, by about 9 a.m. today. I took the left front off last evening so will head to town in about an hour. I'll change out the rears next week.

Eric .... nice solution! I agree with RNG .... I'd keep an eye out for ladder stealin' pranksters.

Ron ... your new roof looks great. I agree on light color too!

WNG ...... We're hoping Springer can stay healthy and that Correa will be back soon. Altuve just came back .... and better than ever.

Good morning! 72˚F heading to the high 80's cloudy chance of rain. Yesterday we had a surprise 1.5" of rain in the afternoon. So far this has been the best spring and summer with ample amounts of rain and only hit 100˚ the day I did 3 coats on the porch ceiling. I timed that wrong but it did dry between coats.

Kia sent me a SD NAV update - version 13, which is now installed, it only took about 20 minutes, I still have not checked to see if this version has the new streets in our neighborhood that were put in a year ago.

Ron your roof has frost year round.

Very true. If a person really wants to dies, he/she will. But I saw even more "attempt suicides" in which the person didn't really intend to die; was just looking for sympathy.

67°F and clear skies this morning, going up to 88° today.

Had a friend from school who killed himself while in college. Didn't tell anyone or even hint about it, just grabbed a handgun one night, walked out into the woods behind his parents home, and shot himself. He was one of the funniest guys I've ever known (and a great bass guitar player as well). Looking back, it became obvious that he was using that insane sense of humor to mask his depression. Unfortunately, no one saw that until after the fact.
