61 and rain going to 81. We got a real downburst last night.

Hawkeye, sounds like a great time with your grand daughter. Don, we have a similar ceiling on our porches...wife had been commenting on maybe needing resealing. I think I will try cleaning real well, first. I think ours is polyurethane, but not sure.
Worked another 6 hours on the screened porch, until it started raining. Wife came home and I was so close to being finished...still need to hang the screen door and nail up a few pieces of lattice trim. Was loving the air stapler even more. Best $20 I've spent in a long time.

somewhat sticky 74 going up into mid 80's today, overnight showers now left. Amazing no rain in sight for four days, then weather
heats up to summertime hot. At least I have a day or two to dry out the potato field before picking.
garden club member coming over with three grandchildren to hand dig some potatoes this afternoon, good learning experience for kids.
It will be a bit muddy out there but the kids won't care.

58F cloudy mid 60's for high rain arriving early afternoon into tomorrow late morning.
Chores are done just waiting for the last cord of wood to be deliver this morning,like to get least 1/2 cord wheel into basement before rain starts. :confused3:

Need to pour first cup of coffee. 54° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 61° with cloudy skies and more rain in afternoon. Thunderstorms and over 2" of rain overnight. Woke me up way to early. Got tree started. Have a bunch more to do. Not much planned for today.
Randy, glad you got your Get out of Jail card. Do not let the want to get things done feeling over ride the need for rest.
