But I still went to primary and asked for a scrip of benadryl/Qdryl whatever the
latest dryl is to put in my medicine cabinet for the next time. Plus I showed them my Epi pen with a use by date in 2016 and asked if
they would authorize a new one. Probably get a call from the pharmacy this afternoon to come pick up one or both. I hope they have another supplier
than the one that abused the public by jacking up their price four times. Just because they could get away with it.

Still here, wife didn't kill me.

42 this morning and lots of rain. Yesterday there was some frost, sure hope the alfalfa didn't freeze. They say it could snow tomorrow. It's supposed to be wet/cold and rainy all week. Look out all you downwinders this weather pattern could get ugly in the plain states. I heard on the news last night that Snowbird (ski resort in Utah) is only 5" away from their all time snow record of 690". Not sure when they stop the seasonal record keeping, but if it's the end of the month they will break the record for sure.

I ordered a PTB over a month ago, it's supposed to show up today.:drink: Now if only it would dry out so I can use it.:laughing:

Good morning to all ! low of 38, going up to 64, cloudy again, but a chance of a shower this afternoon. Wind is supposed to kick back up with gusts up to 50mph today.

Saw this on a Facebook post, thought it could be appropriate to pass on. I definitely chuckled.....

With all the "texting" that goes on today, some of the abbreviated phrases have been adapted for "senior" use:

Yesterday the wind held off until early evening, so had a productive day outside. Got all the grass cut around the house, then was able to finally get the new tractor to work! :cool2: Started back on the road / driveway project, digging out the drainage ditches. What a difference! Still have to get used to a gear tractor vs hydrostat, had a few instances of pushing the brake pedal to make it go, then forgetting to switch the shuttle shift from reverse to forward...at least I was out in the wIde open, so no "oops" occurred.:shocked: :thumbsup:

Neighor came over to help with his old Kubota and blade, he would follow behind and smooth out what I tore up. We got about 1,000 ft done. About another 2,000 ft to go. Once we get the drainage done, we'll work on regrading the road gravel. Most of it has a good crown, but need some rain to highlight the low spots.

Today will remain comfortable as temps and sun go, I will be tackling the weed wacking around the house / landscape beds ...I have been able to stay on top of my "weed beat down" chores this season, so shouldn't be too bad. Gotta go get started....

Today is a Goobermint Holiday (Victoria Day), commonly referred to as May 24 weekend. So today might as well be a Sunday to me.

Back in the house. Getting under golf cart for a couple of hours. Wears me out. Wire is hooked and all functions work. Need to rest for awhile. May go back out later and zip tie all the cables in place. Then maybe not.
