Got the fuzzy butts and the feather butts fed this morning

I need a translation too...but maybe I don't want to know.

shopping done, large amount of kale and spinach picked, all taken to food bank, then went food shopping,
and this afternoon, going to chill out. Might rain, but I need to rest. Dinner out tonight at new fancy restaurant downtown.
Fixed price, about fifty bucks a person plus stupidly expensive drinks I'm sure. The ones advertised at 13 bucks apiece.
I thought that bought the meal?......................

I'm driving Miss Daisy tonight and she wanted to go. Ok. We can do this. Local complaints portions too small, too expensive.
Advertises a British ambience. Well, sorry I can't roll up in my Range Rover.
I find it humorous that no place on this menu can you find pork at all.
Now that is sure a rarity in these parts.
DINNER MENU | Farm to Table Restaurant| THE HACKNEY |Modern British/American Fare
desserts sure look good

Drew- Nice sunrise thanks for the pic. I hope that you and Miss Daisy have a great time at the fancy new restaurant. 撤rix Fixe Menu to me = expensive drinks, a multi-page wine list, (as reported) portions too small, too expensive + the chef stacks the entree items + adds some artistic drizzle of something all over the plate. I do like the menu even w/o the pork entrees.

Fog moved in a while ago, the skies have darkened, heavy rain just began, and Dopplar radar is reflecting a strong weather cell approaching. We will see if it hops over the Berkshire "Mountains."

Don't know where on the Oregon coast you're going, but we spent a very pleasant week in an RV park in Cannon Beach in the early Fall of 1992. We were in sight of the ocean, and perhaps the most unusual thing about that park was the dozens of different colored domestic rabbits running loose all over the park. Of course we had come down from the north so while we were staying in Cannon Beach, we drove down the coast sight-seeing. One of the most interesting places we visited (to me, at least) was the Tillamook Creamery, cheese factory.

I agree that the sightseeing along that coast line is simply spectacular.
We spent 3 days in early spring enjoying all that natural beauty.
So many scenic views that the rented car never accumulated any mileage so to speak.
Also inland driving (for an easterner) is awesome, sand dunes and some areas that make U think you are in the old wild west.

Yes that cheese factory was a nice visit for us also.

One area must have sported a thousand wind generators all lined up like gridwork on drafting paper.

Got the fuzzy butts and the feather butts fed this morning

I need a translation too...but maybe I don't want to know.

"Fuzzy butts" = dogs and cats
"Feather butts" = chickens and ducks

Nice sunrise pic, Drew.

Got up to 62° here today. But, with no sun and little wind, nothing is really drying out much. More rain coming after midnight. Sure do need to mow sometime this weekend.

Went to WallyWorld in Highland to pick up a new UPS for the studio this morning. They apparently don't carry them in the store anymore. So, drove over to Edwardsville to get one at OfficeMax. Picked up a new keyboard (the one that came with the computer had the prop legs broken off), and a new Marbleman mouse (never did care for the side marble ones) as well.
