29 now with a high of 32 expected. Sitting in the hospital waiting for my wife to get out of a heart procedure. Been a long wait(been here since 6:30) once she gets out it will be a 4 or 5 hour recovery. Prayers needed.

Extra prayers sent.

64 °F and no rain.

Trip to PO this morning. Not much else planned. Maybe straighten tractor shed to ensure clear paths for wheel narrowing concrete. Maybe work on my materials list for post concrete phase.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

I took a test ride a K100LT once while my bike was in for some service. I really wanted to like that bike, and it was a great ride, but it seemed quite top-heavy compared to the boxers ... and for obvious reasons. Those flat twins just have a great center of gravity.

I also kind of wanted to like the K1, but just not my style.

I know exactly what you mean. The K100RS I had was set up with RT 'bars and a big Parabellum fairing, so it might as well have been an LT. Very smooth and powerful, with that characteristic K-bike whine, a handful at low speeds but handled like it was on rails as fast as you wanted to take it. The big screen gave no sensation of speed, and several times I looked down to find myself heading north of 80MPH thinking I was still well below the 65MPH limit. Won't miss that one a bit.

Hope it all goes well Phil, lots of prayers sent. Even scarier when it's your wife.

propane guys just left, finally I am hooked up. First they brought a heater for the garden shed that didn't have a thermostat, and when I
asked them quietly, uh guys, this says no thermotat. Oh. That's not right. Back one guy goes to shop and brings right one back, 25k with a thermostat. Probably too big for that little shed but man did it pump out the heat. And they overrode my original order for a 6k on the greenhouse and brought a 10k instead, which frankly was what I wanted. Will watch the remote thermostat carefully as the sun goes down and monitor what setting I need. Sure will be nice to not have to haul all those trays back and forth.

tractor never picked up, guy who subcontracts to the Massey dealership got called away. Hopefully tomorrow.
Kubota dealership had same problem, shortage of guys with CDL licenses to drive the larger trucks needed to haul tractors and equipment.

If I can fix this, bail might get waived.
Harvey are you looking, any suggestions on how to bend this straight so the door will stop sticking?

Okay Don, this is a great committee repair. The track is available at the box stores and or Tractor Supply.

Pull the trim pieces for access to the track. You might have to remove both doors but you might have to remove only one. Find the retainer, usually a bolt or screw, pull it and then slide the door out, committee work because the door might be heavy. Depending upon how the truck is attached, if you are lucky it will be gripped by brackets. If so loosen the brackets and remove, slide out the old track and slide in the new. Tighten the brackets, reinstall the door or doors, reattach the trim, do about $2900.00 worth of high fixing with committee, beer time, couple of hours max allowing for multiple conversations on multiple steps, committees are like that.

Thanks Harvey, I’ll see if I can find the connections.
