Coffee is done brewing. 17° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 37° with possibility of rain/snow in late afternoon. PT then visit to Dentist for new crown. No other plans for the day. Hope I feel good enough to take wife to dinner this evening. It's all you can eat crab legs.
Wife thanks everyone for the Birthday wishes. One of her friends gave her a cake. The penny in picture show how small it is. No candle to blow out. Just flip the switch.


Going to be lots of birthday and anniversaries coming up. Hope I can remember when they are.

Buppies, snow looks very wintery. Like the pictures.

Drew, those hugs go a long way with those that are suffering these awful diseases. Prayers for your friend.
As a side note. My wife is wearing a neck brace now. She has taken to decorating them with holiday covers.

Great news on your doctor visits, Ron and Randy and Mostly! - I'm sure after riding 6K miles, your doc is happy.

Heading out on the roads for the first time since the snow in a little while to an early morning meeting.

Work until 11am than my holiday vacation starts return back to work 1/2/19....looking forward to this.
After work Mrs. spending me on 3 missions to purchase goods,when done I plan on stopping lawn repair shop 99.9% purchasing 14" chainsaw for light duty work.
E muffin feed little critters slow roll to work.

Good morning! 50˚ heading to 65˚. Big cold front heading here tomorrow with sustained winds 40-50 mph. I'll have to check my e-mail to see it the trail work will be canceled. It's hard to cut limbs when they are whipping you. Think I will hike to the platform to get a before picture this morning, Whipper's due for an extended walkabout.

Mostly, you might try to do an overnight ride today and go as far North as you can, tomorrow you can just let the 40-50 mph winds push you back, 7K by 1/1/19. ?

RNG, I didn't know you had a rat dog. Any pics? Is the trained lizard still around? One of these day you will knock-out more on the van's to-do list than add, hopefully.

The last day I worked in 2018 was Oct. 5. I plan on going back to work in the first week of May 2019. Life is good, wintertime holidays. I call it 'semi-retired'.

Sorry for the confusion, Don. The dog belonged to my host during the time I was evacuated. Mama's little darling, the little stinker was a devil to everyone else.:laughing:
