16 right now...high in the mid-40's. Rain today and tonight...but not freezing. Hopefully, some of the remaining ice will be gone by tomorrow morning

Good morning all. Very warm forecast for next week, every day in the 70's.

I'm off to the next town over to AgriSupply to get 10 foot tposts to hold up my garden fencing. Local TSC doesn't stock them and didn't offer to order them because I guess they come in larger bound quantities. Thanks for nice comments on gardening. I do what I can, and a little bit more...

Sort of bummed since it looks like all my transplanted lettuce didn't make it. Have no reason why, didn't freeze and was promptly watered.
I also planted some by seed, am curious if that grows better. Maybe too much transplant shock. Hopefully some will recover.

My other job today is to pull hoses and get water into the garden. That will be a lot of work. Might get my neighbor to help with that too.
My hands are a bit puffy this morning trying to do too much...which in nice weather is likely to happen.

The real question is that while driving by the seed place today, do I pull in and buy two more bags of seed potatoes?
Lots more room in the field. I would give an arm for a reliable Hispanic helper working for 12 bucks an hour who knows one end of a potato from the next. I think the time has come for me to transition a bit more perhaps into "management".

Looks like more rain today and going up to 53 from 37.

We have annual eye doctor appointments today.

Morning all. 13 going to 43 today. Wife and I will be going to breakfast and then getting our taxes done (ouch). Maybe run some errands after if they leave us any money leftover.

39 raining this morning high of 55 later clearing skies. Like most others warm up coming but some longer range models have a surprise or two up their sleeves

Drinking first cup of coffee. 33° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 50° with rain. Looks like most of the wet weather is going to go north and south of us. That's both good and bad. Need the rain to help melt the accumulated snow. But to much rain will cause flooding. Guess we will take what we get.
Arm and shoulder is sore today. But did not keep me awake last night. Must be the Prednisone I am on for my hip and back. Got a Dr. return visit for that Wednesday. Will probably do some PT for it. It worked well for me a few years ago.
Need to get the cleanup projects from yesterday done today.

20F clear sky mid 40's for high.
Warm up w/rain on off arriving today most of the work week which should lower the snow banks.

Weekend flew by once again hour heading down into valley for 8 hours of :confused2: after work doctor appointment so guess my day pretty much shot in the back pockets.

I hope my building delivery is early this week, I’ve electric cable to find and dig up and connect to the box I don’t have yet. Lights, receptacles, etc... to install, shelves to build, hangers and racks to get up, and a tin of stuff to move...man, I’m tired already!
