That's my lost mug! Now I have to wake up the follicles of my mind to remember where mine is at.
Do you think Muhammad has any left over? I checked the TBN store, he has cup holders but no cups.

I, too, wondered if they were still available, and like you, found none in the TBN store yesterday.

I don't like "cups" with the base a smaller diameter than the top or lip of the cup. Clumsy as I am, I'd be almost sure to knock it over or spill it someday.

Hang on to it Bird, you have a real collector's item.

Good Morning!!!! 39F @ 5:15AM. A mix of clouds and sun during the morning will give way to cloudy skies this afternoon. High 49F. Winds light and variable.

The pressures of gift giving and getting ready for family events and interactions seem to increase with every year, or maybe I just don't deal as well with them as in the past? From the way people drive, behave in stores, and especially online, it's pretty clear I'm not the only one, and most have it worse. Relax, count to ten, chill, count your blessings, focus on perspective, hopefully everyone gets through to the new year and things get back to normal sooner rather than later.

After all the help you've been to so many of us in the past, Bird, it's a pleasure to be able to return the favor!:)

Brake job on the touring bike did the trick, and it stops as well as ever without screaming like a banshee now. Cranked very slowly when I tried to start it, though, and I bet the battery fails the load test I'll do later today. It's the one I bought to put into one of the bikes I have for sale, only to have the buyer back out of the deal, and it's probably a victim of being left on a Battery Tender too long. My experience with the BT is that once a month for a day or so is best, as their advertised claims don't seem to ring true. Which is why my original plan was to get down to one battery that worked in both of the bikes I ride the most, and just move it back and forth every spring and fall when it's time to put one to sleep and wake the other.

Transmission arrived safely at the rebuilders yesterday, not bad for UPS ground service. Should know later today if anything exceptional needs replacing.

Talk about a stressful job. Take a minute and give thanks for all those super busy people in the Post Office, FedEx, UPS, and whoever else has the job of getting gifts and important shipments to their destinations on time and unharmed. I can't imagine driving a huge delivery truck in big city traffic for a living. Those folks must have a special kind of patience and calm!

TGIF gang!:drink:

37° but my feet are freezing. Lol

Warmer a couple days, then will get colder again. You'd think it was winter or something.
I have already burned 1/3 the number of pellets i used all of last winter. With all my recent health issues, i never bought any pellets this yr. Had 2 tons left over from last yr, so hope it makes it.

Randy, thanks for the reminder. When things get busy it is easy to just go through life and forget the blessing of family, friends, pets, ect.

Did not say earlier but prayers for all who do the every day deal with autism.

:) Ed

52 this morning and headed to 45 today. Yeah that’s right dropping all day. 2” rain forecast but we are just north of the flood advisory. It comes up from the south and stops at the Green River. I love about 3 miles north of river.

Finished shopping Wednesday for the most part. Might try to finish today. Spent Thursday running around shuffling kids to sitters and then to doctors. 3/4 of us are on antibiotics now. Youngest has ear infection, oldest has upper respiratory infection, and I have a bronchial infection. The best news is nobody is contagious so no Christmas rescheduling. Except my sisters family has the stomach virus and it’s contagious so we might have to reschedule.

Have a few things to finish in chicken coops to get them ready for my extra busy schedule this weekend. Then finish Christmas shopping.

Those of you getting your gifts today we expect pictures.

Riptides. Hang in there man. She needs you and it’s no fun feeling helpless but you’re providing more help than you will ever know.

Kyle. Hopefully you have figured it out. I’ll agree, you have to know when to back off. But also when to stand firm. It’s a fine line.
The tv in the toy room went out yesterday. Vizio E471LVE. The amber light on the front will no longer change colors and it doesn’t even look like it’s trying to come on. Oldest is upset. So we’ve been letting him watch in our bedroom. He lives for 2 things. Momma and tv. The rest of the time he’s just going through the motions. Most of his fits lately I believe is separation anxiety from his mom. Yesterday I took both boys to dads house and because we left Momma at home he cried halfway there. But once there he was fine. First thing he does of a morning is search the house for momma. If she’s not here he will have a melt down.

I fell asleep next to it last night. Passed out is probably a better description. I am a forever drip person. But I like the simplicity of these devices. Press and go.... 1513956631988.jpg

Good morning! Our prayers have been going out to you guys that need them. Just remember to keep going no matter how hard it seems. I sometimes go down a path thinking: "What would I do if..." Just remember life has it's challenges and tests... I just hope the final exam isn't too hard. Anyway, a question, why do you think that when you finally get the time to do a project that has been waiting to be done, even though you have been preparing for it, the first 25% of your time allotted goes into preparing more for it! Then when you do get started, the weather turns against you.. High winds, temp drops 30 degrees, etc.. Then of course there is change to what you have planned for months! I was looking (digging) for a water line that "I knew was right here" only to dig a trench about 30' long, 4-5' deep, finally finding it in the other direction, only 2' deep. Now back to the store for more pipe... More time lost. Well, got to play on the tractor anyway.

Then I think about the issues some of you guys are facing... Makes me realize that it's not too bad, could be much, much worse! You guys hang in there....keep strong...prayers still going out...

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL !!!

Nice mug Bird, and I like the idea you got a mug shot at your age, you wild thing you! :D

finished putting the new bush hog on the little Massey, went on surprisingly easy. Could not for the life of me get the pto
to start turning. Knob in, knob out, nothing. Then I realized there were two pto knobs, one for the center pto which doesn't get used.
I'm sure it was spinning happily under me while I scratched my head. Got the right one and the little tractor groaned a little engaging, it's the max mower
for its size and all went nicely, little vibration. If it doesn't rain, I'm just going to have to go out and munch up something.

Clear skies this morning with a temp of 7*. Today's going to be a mix of clouds with a high in the mid 30's with the wind 15-20. They are calling for snow shower overnight 1-3 inches.

Hope to work on the tool box today if it gets warm enough.

Hope everyone has a nice day.
CWB.

So, bird got his mug shot on TBN. Nice.

LOL, thanks for pointing out Bird's "mug shot".....special fun for a retired LEO.

Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts. And thoughts and prayers for all!

Drew, thank you for the kind words.

Ed, Farmer, talking with my young co-worker who lives with and helps his older brother with autism, he told me that his brother really has special affection for a BIL. This BIL is a couple of years older than him, and was NOT in the picture (meaning not having to discipline or teach him) when he was younger. So, he really is endeared to the BIL because of their "clean slate" relationship. Fortunately, the BIL is a good man and loves his younger BIL like a younger brother.

Farmer, hope the family gets well soon. One day at a time.

Maybe we could get Muhammed to make a special edition, wide bottom, oversized, "Good Morning", TBN mug. At least 24 oz. or 700 ml for those living in the metric world.

Riptides, hang in there, we are all sitting next to you in spirit.
I had to give one of those Keurigs to my sister, she and her husband only drink tea and her coffee was simply undrinkable.

Watching your wife struggle, be in pain, and be able to do nothing about it is one of life's real bummers.
We men are such fixers and there are some things we can't fix.
At least it sounds like she'll be bionic and able to leap large buildings when she's done...
Right now I bet she could use a nice cold Margarita. You too...

Same to you LS, nice to have you here. I don't think I've seen another member from the cactus state.

Naw, that's Arizona.. We are the "Land of Entrapment" oops.. I mean "Land of Enchantment" ...LOL.
I did see someone post a few months ago that lived in the same area as me... Lost track and was never able to get in contact with them.
Forgot to post the temp.. 12 degrees this morning going to about 43. Wind stopped last night. Snow is now out of the forecast. We really need the moisture... It's been 74 days w/o any precipitation... Becoming a dust bowl. But I know it will rain or snow as soon as really get into building my project!

Started in the 20痴, around 50 and cloudy now. I went to the grocery store and bought the other half I missed on Tuesday. Now I need to order flowers for Mom for Christmas, not much she needs in the nursing home.

Excellent idea! I'd buy one. It should not be so tall as to not fit under a Keurig though, which I think maxes out at a weenie 10oz on the one I used.
Ten ounces is just getting your mouth wet...;) 16oz+ works for me. Though that may seem excessive to one cup and I'm done folks, which is a lot of people.
Too much caffeine is bad news for folks, just look at rush hour drivers...
Me I love it, allows me to take a lot of arthritis meds and still keep going all day.
And I'm slowly learning how to drink it black. Want to cut way down on sugar..

I'd like mine diesel powered please. Eric's Fergie looked pretty nice...
Maybe a row of little tractors around it, hey, thinking big mug here...:D

My older Kuerig went to 16 Oz then later ones went to 12, I now have a spin brew single cup brewer that also goes to 12. I use a 16 Oz cup, set the brewer to 6.5 Oz and brew twice.

65°F and no rain

Breakfast in town with wife.
See what the day brings.

Be safe
Have a great day

had a lot of fun outside, and then I missed a concrete block in neighbor's woods by inches and did
not miss the chunk of drag harrow. Fearing the worst after I stalled out, I was oh so thankful that the chunk of heavy wire pulled out fairly easily
and nothing had wrapped around anywhere. That's when I decided I had enough fun for the day doing that. Too many IEDs where I was.
Found a four bottom plow and yet another big harrow, this one with a tree growing up through it and imbedded in it.

Time for a nap; too much excitement. ;)
