Good morning! Cool front just blew in and the temp has dropped from 71˚ to 64˚ in a half hour. Cloudy.
Good day yesterday at my parents. I took my ZTR over to their house. The new cleaning lady cleaned the inside while we did the yard and in three hours with 3 people working the house and yard were sparkling. They are really trying to stay in their house and as independent as possible as long as they can. Today our yard.

Wow that's a lot of rain 5 " were suppose to get around 3 but the forcast has changed now. Monday was suppose to be dry now it's 100 % chance of rain.

Good morning 60 degrees now rain thru Monday. It is not gonna be a good weekend for Bristol pretty much total lose. Got 2 lawn mower decks to rebuild today so I will have some breakfast and get at it. Glad I got something to do in this weather today is cleaning day and my wife gets the vacuum going I am not fast enough to stay out of the way. Everyone have a great day.

Took a road trip with the wife yesterday to a secret special place. AND got ice cream. Wahoo!

Ron's IPad is newer but mine is bigger, easier to load up photos.

It seems we not only had a great dinner but I found a momento from our working. It seems a spider bit me on the forearm yesterday. Found the evidence last night and this morning it's a little more defined. BTW, Ron doesn't grab snakes like I do. I moved a piece of steel and there was a Texas Rat snake. I grabbed it and got a crazy son of a buck look from Ron. Snake is now in the hay barn, lots of mice for him/her there.

I'm not much of a snake grabber either Don! 55° shooting up to...55°! After yesterday's 88°, this is an uptake, middle grandson has opening day of Tee Ball today, been raining, supposed to rain for three days, frankly, as bad as the weather is I wish they'd cancel today's games. I think I have an infected finger joint, thought it was arthritis, but it's getting worse.
I need to get rid of a boat that's on a trailer, I want the trailer for a project but it's hard to get rid of a junk boat. I walked around the edge of my woods yesterday looking for spots where I could dump it and let Mother Nature hide it for me!

Our church is hosting a free "Night of Praise" music at the county fairgrounds this late afternoon and early evening. I should probably head over there to shred some tall grass if I get some other chores done.

67°F and no rain

Kekoa and I off to puppy class. Will be interesting to see how he acts. This week he seems to vacillate between doing everything perfectly to "ah, Dad, let's just play". Likely wouldn't do well with the leash lesson as he still thinks that is something to play with. Oh, well.

Luncheon with the retired military guys his afternoon and quick trip to HD.

Weatherman said some showers, well it's been showering all morning! 48 and raining now. Inside work planed for today change a hot water heater at the lake. Got up and moving early drove out to the house after a cup of D&D coffee went to work. Everything started out great had the old one drained and disconnected in no time, then when opening up the box to take out the new one that's when my day went straight to ****. When you go to the plumbing supply and order the unit, give the model number and size of the old one you would think that you would get what you ordered, heater was delivered Thursday I wasn't there when I opened the box wrong size wouldn't fit!!! After several phone calls and being told they don't deliver on Saturday I finally got them to get the right one out. Hope rest of the day gets better. Told my wife I'd boil water and give her a sponge bath, she didn't think it was funny so I better get this new one in when it comes. Have a good afternoon all
