I still have the tractor, MossFlower Woods ranch, and tons of debt...

The Big D should be granted in less than 2 weeks...

After about 10 years of alimony, and 12 years of child support + (give or take) and I will be able to afford to pay attention again...

Glad that part is over for you. Now the work starts. It's time to reinvent yourself. I would suggest you become a faithful follower of the sage financial wisdom of Dave Ramsey. Rice and beans and beans and rice. Eliminate everything that's non-essential. Start with the smallest debt and pay it off, etc etc. I KNOW you have heard of his program.

Throw yourself into your work, and be the cream that rises to the top. Become the top earner and look back in a few years and be able say Thank You Lord!

27 out this AM as I left for my last job of the week. Yippie. Suppose to be warmer like hitting 70 on Thursday! Yikes! here come those wild temp swings. Looks like yard time is on the order this weekend.

Could not find paint last night on the way home. Will have to color match, hope it is close, otherwise, SO demands a repaint of the whole hallway and front entrance. That means getting the extension ladders out, not up for the time or lugging ladders around.

David, focus on your well being, not work, not money, not the ranch, not the debt, not the family. Get to liking you and what YOU have done well and good in YOUR life.

62 this morning and headed to 75 today. Tomorrow is supposed to be 20-30 degrees cooler. That usually means storms but those are supposed to stay north of here with this front. Rain starting after midnight over 1 inch forecast.

Well dozer still isn't running part came in late yesterday so maybe I can get it going today. Need to fill in some ruts so I can keep feeding hay. Now that ground has hardened the tractor is struggling to drag its belly through some spots.

MFW keep your head up. Things will improve. Move one with your life as 10 years will fly by.
