46 and raining here. I am up early and motivated! Cleaned out the chicken coop and goat pen yesterday, helped by my sister's Yorkie. The little guy has a lot of energy, but he did learn to respect the Jersey Giant rooster we have!

Going to work on my job list here, need to get some stuff done before winter. Have a good one!

Drinking last cup of coffee for the day. 46° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 59° with showers off and on all day. Yesterday turnout OK for fall weather. Got over most of the apple tree run threw chipper. Will finish it off today between rain showers.
Good Morning All.

Good morning! 71˚ heading to 91˚. "Summer's Back" - (I can picture Jack Nicholson in The Shining).
I got acquainted to the 80˚s and I really don't feel like getting reacquainted with the 90's again, that would be going in the wrong direction . . .
I still cannot even think about cutting fire wood.

Howdy all,

I hosted a birthday bonfire party Saturday, and it was a hoot, I burned the little pile in the back yard and when wind died down the big one full of old timber slash up near the former pasture area.

I got a good bit of seat time. I bush-hogged Thursday and I prepped the pile on Saturday. On Sunday afternoon I groomed the entire 1/2 mile driveway with the ratchet rake.

A bit chilly here, had some college kids in tents Saturday night, it was down to 45 I think, last night I reduced the open windows quite a bit, and shut them all at about 4am. Not ready to turn the heat on for the season yet. Gonna be a bit warmer next few nights...

Trying to catch up on the thread... I love my WR Long grapple too! I'm having terrible grease gun problems. I only need to use it every few months at most and the dang thing is not squirting grease even when 3/4 of a tube is still loaded, and its manual... GRRR Operator error most likely...

My pond is completely overtaken with duck weed, and I've got those danged crickets in the flipping basement again!

Everything else remains the same...

Be well all,
David
